The machine adapts to the material of PVC, PU, leather, leatherette and cloth for shoes clothing and leather products. it can automatically gelatinize and fold with hot melted glue.

The machine adapts the most advanced technology, computer control outcurve, beeline, incurved, the function of automatic shift, the work of automatic gelatinization and folding which makes all the process achieve intelligence. It has the three functions of adjusting distances, incisor automatically when incurved, and controlling folding speed at a low-speed automatically when folding outcurve and the electron motor control positioning.
1. Adopt touch pattern control panel, temperature of melted glue, outflow glue flux and outflow glue temperature process of outcurve, process of beeline and incurved adjusted by computer, numerical indication and infinitely variable adjustment of glue output.
2. Digital shows speed of the outcurve, beeline and incurved. The speed can adjust operation refers to different demand of material herm. Computer controls the process of shift automatically when starts to work.
3. The advanced folding mechanism can be adjusted easily; it has neat folding, with even smooth and beautiful width.
4. The width of folding can be adjusted from 3mm to 6.5mm, can be folded with force tape together.
