Feature
The machine is made for any kinds of shoe uppers using the hot mould shape. It is specially suitable for the leather material heels which were pre-glue or liquid treatment.
The outside mould will fit for inside mould with simple adjusting and the moulds changed very quickly.
The pneumatic controlled machine can be used for any kind leather materials.
The machine has not only fitting action on vamp, inner and sheath, but also shaped sufficiency, ironing inner and reducing the wrinkle.
The adjustable supporter protects the vamp closely fit on the inside mould to increase the production efficiency.
The claws can be moved from left to right. It can adjust the vamp position with millimeter scale.
